Ceylon Cinnamon is renowed for its superieor quality and specific properties. A stust that has been verified via its Geographical Indication (GI) certification by the European Union (EU) Commission. Cinnamon Quills are prepared in lengths of tightly rolled layers of inner bark. Chips and cuttings are obtained during the process of cutting and bailing Cinnamon. By crushing the quillings, Cinnamon powder is derived. These different cinnamon varieties are used as flavour additives or condiment for many cuisines around the world, and is especially popular for use in baking and herbal teas.
