We recently hosted the official launch of Verger’s new strategic approach and internal values

THRIVE25/27 has been created around the vision we have which is not simply to achieve a target but to create a ‘thriving’ enterprise. One in which our people don’t just achieve but flourish, building better lives as they build a better, more successful company.

The launch event was an interactive full-day affair, bringing together the entire Verger team. It opened with a dynamic presentation from our CEO, Nuwan Delage and was followed by the leadership team who presented the company’s roadmap to THRIVE.
